PSE served as the lead engineering firm for this pre-FEED (front end engineering design) study for a 200,000 BPD grass-roots refining facility in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. PSE provided a feasibility study, process design, equipment sizing, and preliminary plot plans for the refinery and port. The design used 10 skid mounted units at 20,000 BPD each.
