For this project, PSE helped increase gas field production at BP’s Whitney Canyon plant by engineering improvements to its gas collection, transportation, cleaning, and distribution processes. The improvements included the addition of a new condenser building and an addition to an existing compressor building. PSE also walked down the entire site to identify release points, adding them to a new P&ID set, in compliance with OSHA regulations for VOC releases.
