Extended Shelf Life Cold Fill Juice Process

Our client needed to increase the shelf life of their existing products to 45 days or more. To reach this goal, PSE personnel devised and implemented a pasteurizer with multiple cooling loops and holding tubes and a valve scheme that allowed for continuous product changes with minimal yield loss. The design/build project was constructed with minimal operational downtime, using as much of existing process equipment as possible.
