For this project, PSE was responsible for the installation of a Siemens PCS7 HMI interface on Siemens APACS controllers to replace an outmoded MycroAdvantage control system. The new system was designed to be redundant, involving five operator stations and one engineering station in communication with redundant servers. The project also included the installation of a new process suite historian (industrial SQL server) and a web server to provide for secure remote access.
