PSE personnel were contracted as project management for this design/build expansion of the Sunkist Growers’ existing cold storage facility. This challenging project included analyzing the existing facility without the benefit of existing engineering documentation. It also involved sequencing the construction process to avoid interrupting the existing production processes. This was all accomplished while working in a -10°F environment.
