This facility was expanded and upgraded several times during the past few years. PSE was involved in several of these projects, from major expansion of clarification and aeration facilities to upgrade of electrical and controls and cogeneration equipment. The engineering and design work included the addition of several clarifiers, a fine bubble diffusion system with basins, pump building and pump station upgrades and expansion, and electrical and controls upgrades.
