This project was a major upgrade and expansion to an existing wastewater treatment facility, which included process design, clarifiers, aeration basins, a pump station, digesters, buildings, electrical upgrades, SCADA system and site work. PSE accomplished the detailed engineering and design for all facilities and systems.
